在調適工作上，行政院已在民國101及103年核定國家氣候變遷調適政策綱領與國家氣候變遷調適行動計畫。環保署說，會配合巴黎協定有關調適決議檢討並落實推動調適行動，整合設立台灣因應氣候變遷調適資訊平台，掌握國內外調適策略最新發展資訊與執行情形。

    （中央社記者魏紜鈴台北14日電）環保署今天說明，巴黎氣候公約協議後台灣因應氣候變遷後續規劃，將擬訂具體行動綱領方案及運用溫管法，逐步落實能源配比改變，並積極爭取台灣成為觀察員。

    此外，會透過參與「國際減緩行動平台」促進國家、城市和民間減緩行動交流，並因應巴黎協議對NDC（nationally determined contribution）五年提送一次機制達成國際接軌，持續爭取台灣成為觀察員。1041214

    環保署說明，現正積極運用溫管法機制，優先研訂溫管法施行細則、基金辦法與原依空污防制法推動的相關子法，以建構法制基礎，促進國內碳市場發展。並優先推動能源部門溫室氣體排放管制行動方案，促進低碳能源及減碳技術發展。

    行政院環境保護署指出，將據7月公布的「溫室氣體減量及管理法」研擬部會分工、行動綱領及推動方案等，提出台灣的階段性管制目標。
